Below you can find a rolling schedule of past, current and future Board of Directors meetings. All board meetings are open to the public. Please limit any public comment to three minutes per person.

August: Wednesday, August 21st. 12:00pm. Howelsen Ice Arena. 285 Howelsen Pkwy, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. Second Floor Community Room.

July: Monday, July 22nd. 12:00pm. Steamboat Parks and Rec Office. 235 Howelsen Pkwy, Steamboat Springs, CO. Conference Room.

June: Monday, June 10th. 12:00pm. Steamboat Lawyers Group. 634 Oak St, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. Conference Room.

May: Monday, May 6th. 5:30pm. Howelsen Ice Arena, 285 Howelsen Pkwy. Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. Second Floor Community Room.

There will be an Annual Membership meeting in April or May of each year, or at such other date as may be designated by the Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting will be held for Board of Director elections and to transact any other lawful business that may come before the meeting. The date and location of the meeting will be posted here when it is scheduled.

2024 Annual Meeting: Monday, May 6th, 6:00pm. Howelsen Ice Arena, 285 Howelsen Pkwy, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. Second Floor Community Room.
